Homemade Whip Cream


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp sugar


  1. Place metal bowl in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Add sugar to the bowl, then the whipping cream. 

  3. Whisk ( or use a standing mixer ) until stiff peaks form. About 10 minutes. 

  4. Use immediately or store in an air tight container for 8 hours.
