Gingerbread House Icing

Servings 4 bags

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Use an electric mixer with whisk attachment. Beat egg whites & cream of tartar until you see firm peaks.

  2. With the mixer on low, slowly add in the powedered sugar.

  3. Once the sugar is mixed, beat on high until it's fluffy.

  4. Place a plastic sandwich bag over a glass and fill with icing. Snip a hole to pipe.
