Combine peanut butter, almond flour, syrup and salt. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil.
Add a conservative tablespoon of chocolate to each cup.
Flatten out 1 tsp of mixture and place in center of the cup.
Top with a generous tablespoon of chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place in fridge to set. Peel from cups and enjoy!
*I keep them in a glass container in the fridge. Let sit out for a couple of minutes before eating. You can store them on the counter, too.
