Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Filling

  • 1/3 cup organic peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, almond flour, syrup and salt. Place in fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil.

  3. Add a conservative tablespoon of chocolate to each cup.

  4. Flatten out 1 tsp of mixture and place in center of the cup.

  5. Top with a generous tablespoon of chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.

  6. Place in fridge to set. Peel from cups and enjoy!

  7. *I keep them in a glass container in the fridge. Let sit out for a couple of minutes before eating. You can store them on the counter, too.
