Protein Packed Ranch Dressing

cottage cheese (I like Good Culture)

Greek yogurt

milk (depending on desired consistency)

fresh chives

dried dill

dried parsely

garlic powder

sea salt

pepper (I do a couple cracks of peppper)
juice

lemon
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
Store in a mason jar in the fridge for the week.
