We have rain all week and it’s definitely been difficult to stay motivated. I am channeling spring vibes with these home finds today. I hope it’s helpful if you are currently looking for ways to breathe new life into your home. These affordable finds are ones we love.
BEAUTIFUL FAUX STEMS
If you are looking to bring in some green for spring, these faux stems are so good. The soft green is a beautiful color. Even my husband commented on how pretty they are. The best part is that they come in a set of 3 ($36) which is enough for to fill a vase. This is a rather large vase (I love it) and 3 still look great in this.
As with any faux stem, take some time to play with them. Move the individual branches apart form one another and try to think about how they would look in nature. These are very long so I cut 8″ off the bottom (with wire cutters) but you can also fold the stems. The vase is so pretty in person. It has more of an aged terracotta feel that is hard to capture on camera. It’s currently on sale. I use it on my island as well as a nearby sideboard. One of my favorite purchases.
COUNTER STOOL REVIEW
While these counter stools are on sale, I thought it would be a great time to update you on what we think. Over 2 years in and we can truthfully say they have been wonderful. They are so comfortable and have stood up to countless nights with teens using them. My daughter sat in these every day to do her homework for the past two years (and still does when she comes back from college). We have spilled things and simply spot clean. I always use the trick my mom taught me . . . a few drops of dish soap in a bowl of warm water. Whisk well and only use the soapy foam to clean.
The bases on these stools is silver which is pretty but we wanted black to tie in nearby light fixtures. To accomplish that I spray painted the bases with matte black before we attached the seats. Very very easy to do.

We have the gray version and this is a very good representation of the color.
SUCH A GREAT DEAL
A heads up that this vanity is on sale. I would buy this in a heartbeat. It’s so good. And it comes in a handful of other colors.
I don’t personally have these but there are over 5K great reviews. They come as a set of 6 and are currently on sale for $39!!! That’s so good. There a ton of colors. We are currently in the process of switching from white towels to this light tan color. I just can’t deal with the white looking dingy after a while. I find they stain too easily (especially with my daughter and self tanner). If you just need the bath towels, this set is also on sale and highly rated.
A REGERT I HAVE
If I had it to do all over again, I would have put two of these mirrors in my daughter’s bathroom. Bring back the medicine cabinet. It’s a genius use of space and so handy for storing products. I’m all about this, especially in a small space bathroom.

Gosh Target has some darling pieces right now. I love the softer colors for spring. Might need to scoop up that lamp for our beach rental. So cute.
