So I in no way want to spoil anything about American Idol if you have not watched the finale or results show {for those of you that do}. This has nothing to do with who did or did not win. When I watched the two finalists perform I was completely moved by the song that Philip Phillips sang. In fact, I cried. Granted, I have had an emotional year to say the least . . . so this song seemed to really speak to me. I wanted to share it in case you had not heard it yet. And if you saw it already, it is worth repeating! enough said. beautiful. ……………………………………….. I am also so honored that Lindsay from the darling blog sadie + stella invited me to share a favorite space in my home. Since redoing our master bedroom, it had become one of my most cherished spots. It is relaxing and calm and it really is a place to unwind. You can check it out over at her place. And snoop around while you are there. There are some great posts about other bloggers’ favorite spaces. A great read for sure.
So go check out sadie + stella. you might be there a while.

I loved that song too. I watched it, then rewound it and watched it again then rewound it and showed my husband. Besides the fact that I love his voice anyways, and that the words were just wonderful, Lopez was right there is nothing like that out there right now.
