Good morning. It’s been a minute since I’ve share some Amazon favorites. I always like to follow up with things we’ve owned for quite some time. Also sharing dorm room essentials that we think are worth it. Let’s get right to it.
LAMP LOVE

Now that it’s spring, we are outside all the time. These lights continue to be our favorite. We bought them back in 2023 and they are one of our best purchases. Because they are solar, you just set them out and forget about them! Just pull the string when you want to turn them on.
Our outdoor table is now $80! It was to be a place holder but we love it so much we don’t plan on replacing it.

We even one on our screened in porch. My son loves to eat his late night meal out here (if you have teen boys you know what I mean).

The one I love to use inside is now on sale. This a wonderful cordless lamp. Five stars. That was the only light on when I snapped that. It’s a warm, wonderful mood light.

This pleated shade version is on sale. My girlfriend has them in green and they are stunning.
DORM QUESTIONS ROLLING IN

I’ve been receiving more and more questions as some of you prepare to send your children off next year. Happy to share things that worked well for us. You can see all of the links to this room here.
We used this white duvet and folded the blue one at the bottom. We did XL in the white and a regular twin in the blue and white. If the dorm room is very small (like this one) it’s nice to have that extra comforter to fold out when friends come to hang out in the room. Then they are not all sitting on the bedding you sleep with. Helps keeps things clean longer! Plus it’s cute.
LOVE THIS COMFORTER

This comforter is so cute in person. It’s currently on sale. The twin xl sold out early last year so if you have your eye on it, you may want to grab one while it’s in stock.
If you are going with a blue and white color scheme, this rug is so pretty and very soft underfoot. The ottomans are on sale were great for stepping onto the raised beds.

All of these dorm finds can be found here. So many of them are on sale right now.

Hands down, the biggest asset for move in day were these bags. They are so easy to pack (hold so much) and were easy to transport. (There is a reason they have 36K great reviews)
Pro tip: Number each bag in that label area in the order you want them to be opened in the room. If it’s a small room like we had, it’s not easy to maneuver around so knowing you want to open a mattress cover and topper before the pretty bedding is key. We transported the majority of her clothes in these, too. We will be using them to move her out. They fold up nicely and have been tucked away under her bed. Because they are so lightweight, she was able to use them for visits home, too.
ANOTHER HIT

These darling frames are so cute for the girls to display photos. These would make a really sweet grad gift for friends. Divide up the set and fill with special photo.
CLEAN TOWELS

Normally I’m not a fan of disposable items, but anyone facing acne or skin issues can benefit from these. We love them around here.
SPRING CLEANING

This is another Amazon hero product. We used it on our outdoor sectionals and chairs. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s our go-to for spring cleaning and does a phenomenal job.

Another happy find. This has been in our guest bathroom and every time I go in there it makes me happy. Better looking in person. And under $10.

This food scale is under $15 and fantastic. It really helps if you are trying to keep track of protein intake or macro. Keeps the guess work out of it.
CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT

How did I ever live without these. We threw up all of our sponges (they hold on to so much bacteria) and only use these. They are fantastic and dry so quickly. They are gentle enough to clean countertops and cabinets, too. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
STYLE FINDS

Have you seen this darling dress? It looks so similar to the more expensive Free People version. I am sure the fabric will be different, but gosh, you get the same look for far less.

This is one of the Free People dresses. The bows are such a fun touch.

Hands down, one of the best Amazon purchases. I love this dress. It works for so many occasions. In fact, I wore the blue version for Riley’s graduation party. It’s just a good one, friends. And it’s coming with me on vacation next week. It’s now under $20!!!
Always fun to share some of our tried and true finds. I know there are many more so I’ll do another round up soon. Have a wonderful day.
