As most of you know, slowly but surely I am working on our master bedroom redesign. I am trying so hard to focus on our own home and make some changes that we have been talking about for years. Easier said than done, right?! When my friends at Nordstrom invited me to take a look at their Bedroom and Home décor under $200 I immediately jumped at the opportunity. I am always open to new sources and finding great, unique pieces. Um, have you seen what they have to offer? Holy cow. Crazy cute pieces and it makes me want to take on a design client right now. We’ve been wanting to infuse a bit of color in our otherwise neutral bedroom, and I’m super excited about these colorful finds. 
throw | pillow | mug | mint julep cup It’s no secret that I love a great neutral space infused with fun pops of color. Most of our bedrooms are that way in our home. Nordstrom has such a great mix of both neutral and colorful cute things. I rounded up my favorite pieces below.

I think I love them so much because my mom always had one in our family room filled with fresh roses from the garden. Such a vivid memory and I like that I finally have one in our bedroom. They also come in copper. Just sayin’! And who knew Nordstrom had such pretty mirrors? 
And because I am so drawn to the pretty pops of color, I rounded up some not to miss finds that ooze with beautiful color. The hummingbird pillow is reversible. It’s a different color bird on the back. Why haven’t more people designed pillows like that? Now my wheels are spinning.

It also comes in a great navy/light blue colorway. And it was just marked down 33%. It’s pretty awesome in person. And the older I get, the more I realize the truth to that sign above. Who knew just how much we would depend on friends through life’s craziness. And is anyone singing the Wonder Years song in their head now?!

Na-uh! I still sing, "You are my Sunshine" to my 10 year old son every night. I've been looking for a long time for something boyish that has only the line "You make me Happy…." (not the "you are my sunshine" part) AND it had to be vertically tall and narrow. So excited!
That makes me sooo happy. I always sang that to my son in the rocking chair so that is really cool. I hope it works for you. I love when art on the walls holds special meaning.
Great finds!! I picked up a new set of sheets during the anniversary sale, and was super impressed by the quality! I wish my store had home items…or maybe it's better it doesn't! Ha!

I love a neutral bedroom with little pops of color. Our master bedroom is white and black with little pops of yellow. Yellow makes me happy. I'm going to start making reversible pillows now…if I could find a place to leave my sewing machine out permanently. I really adore the sitting area in your master bedroom though. That side table is gorgeous!
