Looking for a simple way to create a fun appetizer? These charcuterie cups are a crowd pleaser and not difficult to pull off. I used a combination of fresh fruit and favorites from The Creamery. And I have a discount code to share with you!
You can make the boxes as festive as you would like or leave them be. I ordered my charcuterie cups from here. They come with the cute cocktail picks. I used my extra velvet ribbon I had from Christmas decor (3/8″ burgundy) and stickers I had from a while back.
Fill them with anything you like. I used the cheese medley and jack cheese from The Creamery. I love that the medley comes already sliced and ready to go. And we love the Whiskey Italian Salami.
Here is a look at how I put the cocktail picks together. I also used sourdough flatbread bites and the salted caramels (my son’s favorite).
HOW TO FILL THE CUPS
It took a few tries to get this right so I hope you have a smoother go with these easy steps. Filling the bottom of the cup with washed (and dried) grapes creates a nice base so that things don’t get lost in your cup. They do a nice job of supporting the picks.
- add a bundle of grapes
- rest two cocktail picks in the grapes (the grapes will keep them in place)
- tuck in a sweet treat and two slices of cheese in the back
- add in 3-4 crackers behind one of the cocktail picks
I hope this is helpful as you plan to host or take a treat to a friend’s party. These are so fun to make and right now The Creamery is offering 15% off everything through December 22. Code: COURTNEY15 You can choose a ready to go gift box or select items yourself. They are farm to table and the best in class ingredients. I chose most of my items from this page. And it’s such a treat having everything delivered to your door.
Looking for a decadent dessert, these are our splurge Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip bars. They fly off the plate when we bring them to a party.
I am off to be Santa’s elf. I am ridiculously behind so hoping to make great progress. Have a wonderful day!
