With all that young girls face in our world today, building up their confidence, compassion and voice is paramount. I am over the moon about sharing this with you today. For years, my own daughter was part of a group called Singers Company. Have you head of it? Maybe your own daughter has been a part of it? Singers Company provides a non-competitive opportunity for girls to perform, a fun way to inspire confidence, make friends and share joy through music & dance. And it’s a group where the talent is not the focus . . . the confidence building is. Plain and simple. Throughout the year the girls practice one day a week and then perform twice a year at local community events and even retirement homes. It’s such a magic force that Katie Parker started and I wanted to share with you today because they are expanding all over the country. Maybe you know a young girl that could benefit from being a part of this. Or maybe you are a woman who wants to be a part of directing such a group. I told Katie I wanted to share about Singers Company on my blog because I so strongly believe in supporting strong and wonderful women who are doing good in this world. And there are so many amazing women through the readership of this blog that could benefit from this. Singers Company is a national franchise providing a plug-in system easy to implement in the life of a busy mother and full-time career woman. Minimum time for Maximum opportunity. They are looking for wonderful women with big hearts to become directors and help strengthen the girls of America. If interested in more information about becoming a director or enrolling your daughter, go here! This really could be an amazing opportunity for you or someone you know. {this is not sponsored . . .just an amazing program that is near and dear to my own heart}

Wow, I have never heard of this. I'm definitely going to look into this for my youngest. She's very driven towards the performing community, but I've been very reluctant in getting her involved because of the negative sides of the industry. Thanks a ton for sharing!
Cheers, Madeline

I have never heard of Singers, but we have something called Girls on the Run. It's an after school program for girls to come together and practice to run a non-competitive 5k. I was going to coach, but then became pregnant with my first and due during the middle of the season. I hope once the girls are older I get the chance. I love hearing about other opportunities like this, thanks for sharing.
