Ahhhh! So so excited to let you know about the new Summer issue of Cupcake Mag! It’s so so good! If you aren’t familiar with Casi, the founder and editor-in-chief, she is a force to be reckoned with and the woman behind cupakeMAG. I love this issue as it is celebrates the #momboss and the pages are filled with inspiring women who not only take care of their own families but somehow get it done in the business arena as well.
Emily Schuman is the gorgeous cover girl and talented gal behind the blog Cupcakes & Cashmere. With the launch of a new clothing line, this girl is on fire. It’s a fascinating read about how her hobby of blogging really turned into a full blown career and business. So inspiring.
And I am just a tad bit excited to be a part of all of this. I am really honored to be in this inspiring issue even if it’s just to show off some summer fashion ideas! More on that in a minute.
Another over-the-top inspiring story is that of Kim Stoegbauer of The Tomkat Studio. I’ll never forget when my best friend Jess told me about a cute party I should check out. Since then I was hooked. Kim is crazy talented and took her blog and party planning business to a whole new level this year with the opening of a storefront in Arizona. AMAZING. Such a great read.
The summer issue is also packed with darling gift guides.
I will never forget lusting over the Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bags and finally receiving one as a shower gift. I carried the chocolate brown backpack that was doused in darling pink cherry blossoms. I loved that bag. Truly. And I poured over learning more about DeNai Jones and her #momboss spirit. Balancing it all and dealing with highs and lows of owning your own business.
Excited to have snuck into this issue with all of these inspiring women. What fun working on this spread. I pulled together five of my favorite summer looks so you’ll have to hop on over to see the other three. Shooting these looks with Taylor Cole was so much fun and I hope you enjoy the feature.
