Darling Dresses Under $40

Morning! I’m really excited to share today’s post with you. I teamed up with Walmart and found adorable dresses for under $40. If you haven’t checked out the Free Assembly or Scoop lines, they really are worth a look. I brought two dresses on a recent trip and had so many people ask where they were from. Both looks can be dressed up or down so let’s get right to it.

ADORABLE POCKET DRESS

You know those dresses that when you put them on you don’t want to take them off? This darling dress is one of those. It’s easy to wear, looks more expensive than it is, and would work for so many occasions. I love the cut around the neckline and the bow.

Here is a better look at the cut and shape. It’s really good, girls. I also appreciate the length. Not too short and very flattering. You can pair this with sandals or heels.

I am wearing a medium (the small wasn’t available when I ordered). It still works but I would say to go with your usual size in this. I can’t believe this dress is $28.

PINK EYELET DRESS

This is another dress I loved so much I bought it in two different colors. I have it in white and pink. The Scoop line from Walmart always has really darling styles. If you are in between sizes you should go down one. This is the XS so it falls a tad shorter than my usual small. It absolutely looks high end in person. This would be so great for a shower or to wear as a wedding guest. It really would work for any summer occasion with flats or heels. And for $38, you can’t go wrong.

I styled the dress with the top unbuttoned and folded open. This is one of those pieces that looks much better in person because the online photos don’t do it justice.

SUMMER STRIPES

This is another great option for a casual summer look. It comes in a few colors including a beautiful green. This would be great for hot summer days or around the pool. Also daring for vacation.

I love that Walmart has so many darling options right now. The Free Assembly line is a great place to start if you are needing a cute summer dress without spending too much.

And while not quite in the same category as dresses, I bought these jean shorts ($19.50) and love them. They are super soft and look so much like the higher end versions. I really like the pale blue for summer and these will be great for our upcoming lake trip. As for sizing I am usually a 25 and went with a 2 in these.
