Decorating with Numbers: Pillow Talk

I had seen these for a while and waited so long that they are no longer available! I figured this one was worth tackling on my own. The fabulous Ikea sells really inexpensive pillow covers. I picked up a couple and went to work. Super duper easy. Printed out the numbers on my computer, made a hard stencil with cardboard, traced onto vinyl paper, cut out, stuck on pillow, and traced with a pencil. After using a small paint brush and fabric paint I now have a couple of numbered pillows. Of course friends and family keep asking what the numbers stand for. Ummmm. . nothing . . . I just have a love affair with numbers. If you tackle this, perhaps the number you choose could mean something! I hadn’t thought of that. Maybe I will do a ’31’ for Halloween time. hmmmm . . .

super cute! i'd like to do a few B's around the house because I like letters all over— each having their own meaning as well! Do you offer custom work orders? 🙂
