There is no question that animal prints seem to stand the test of time. I have yet to jump on the bandwagon as I always thought I really couldn’t pull the look off in my home. That all changed when I received a cute gift from The Daisy Shoppe. I loved the gift, but it was the wrapping that had me thinking. The zebra print has been making it’s way around my house. I have to say I love it. I am just trying to decide where a little dose of it might work. Here are a few photos of zebra really making a great statement. Each and every room is fantastic.

This last photo is perfection to me. The lines of the tables and the soothing colors have me wanting more. I am really loving the non-traditional colors for the zebra print.
So what about you? Do you zebra? Do you have a touch of it somewhere in your house?
Bernadette {Chic Spaces for Little Faces} says
I recently bought a green zebra pillow for the sofa in my Living Room. I do love it. Great pictures!

Courtney, I think you could drop it into any room and it would look great. Every house needs a cat 🙂

the 2nd to last one is totally my style, I haven't done zebra yet either 🙂 Ok, send me an email and tell me how you can save pictures off houzz to upload – I have tried and I can't figure it out! LOL

I love the zebra look, but more of the softer tones like in the inspiration photos. I haven't added any to my home however… I'm not sure if it will work with my decor just yet.
Happy Tuesday! 🙂

I too admire it, but never thought I could pull it off. These photos have me thinking. Love all these pics…especially the Brian Watford Houzz photo.

I'm like you, I don't know if I can pull it off but something makes me still want it somewhere in my house. I love all those rugs!

I love it! There's a zebra print bench at World Market that I have had in my online shopping cart several times! Especially love the neutral prints, so pretty.

I have two zebra pillows. A brown and cream that sits on top of the bench in front of our fireplace, and a black and cream that is front and center on our bed. I also have a couple touches of black and white leopard print too!
Krystal {Blue Ribbon} says
reminds me of a HUGE zebra canvas I saw and wanted (but wasn't willing to pay $200+)… oh, it was beautiful….
Marissa Waddell says
I love zebra. For some reason it seems less tacky to me than cheetah or leopard.
karen @ our slo house says
I just can't pull it off. If I had to choose, though, my favorite is grey & white zebra.

I too love those tables in the last pic!! Bet they are $$$!
I have more zebra in my house than I intended. See, what happened wuz…I ordered a zebra rug for the entrance hall, but forgot to measure the space. So when the rug arrived, it was bigger than the space. But the rug was a great deal and I loved it, so I moved it to my den. But then I still wanted a zebra in my entrance hall…so I got a smaller one. Now I have two, but only intended on one. Does that answer the question? Yes, I love them both.

I love zebra! That first zebra rug is so amazing. Yes please on the last picture! HEAVEN.
Dana {Southern Inspired} says
I'm loving the zebra print! I wasn't a fan at first but I really like the gray zebra. That rug in the nursery is to die for!

I love zebra! We've got a few zebra pillows on the couch. I think a touch of zebra can work in any home. We have an inodoor pool and actually picked up several rug samples over the weekend, one being a very subtle zebra print rug that we are considering for the pool room. I love the rug in your last photo! It'll be fun to see if you decide to bring a little zebra into your home!
Aubrey {All Things Bright and Beautiful} says
Yep, none in the homestead, but I have some zebra heels…does that count? I'm definitely leaning more towards the toned down, subtle zebra patterns that are coming out…you just can't beat the pattern of stripes, but sometimes the stark b&w is a toughie to pull off…I hope you go for it so I can live vicariously! hehehe
Simple Dwellings says
I love your blog! So glad to find it! I also love zebra print in light colors and as accents. The rugs in those spaces were amazing! I was actually thinking of finding a taupe/cream zebra print rug for our dining room.
Megan {Honey We're Home} says
I love that last picture too! In the other photos, looks like the gray zebra rug is the one Emily suggested for our dining room. We have a large Zebra print from Z Gallerie in our stairway but I think I want to take it down and do a gallery wall there instead. . . . when I first read the post I thought the first room was Your house! I'm all, I've never seen that room before!! 🙂
Carmel @ Our Fifth House says
I have a zebra rug from West Elm in the hubs office. I love it! A little zebra goes a long way 🙂

I love the look of zebra, but haven't added anything to our house. Once I find the perfect piece, I will definitely do so!

I LOVE animal print! And that study pairing it with the tressel desk is perfection!

Let me count the ways I love zebra, any animal print actually. I love using zebra in unexpected ways and color. All of these images are beautiful.
