Happy Monday and happy July! We are back from a fun weekend vacation feeling rested and refreshed. It’s always so much fun to spend time with just my hubby and savor the time away. Having said that, we are loving snuggling our little ones again. And the whole family is really excited for the Fourth of July. It’s always been a day rich with tradition around here. I stumbled upon Myra’s beautiful luminaries and they inspired me. I also snooped around the Martha Stewart website and found some more beautiful inspiration. ……………………….fourth of july … beautiful luminaries by my blessed life

It’s always so fun to see so many families and children gather from our neighborhood to enjoy the day. If you are looking for more fun ideas you can check out my Fourth of July Pinterest board as well as my HOLIDAY button beneath my header. In the meantime . . . . … happy 1st of july
we obviously don't celebrate independence day in Scotland but since I'm American I like to do something! My husband isn't American but I was just looking for some small ideas to make the day special without going overboard with no other Americans around. These look perfect!
Great ideas. Unfortunately, we are expecting rain the ENTIRE week!
As are we!
So many great ideas! I'm in complete denial that Ethan's first birthday party is this weekend. I'm just so wiped from this past weekend! Help!
I love the 4th – almost more than Christmas!
I haven't seen any of these great ideas! Thanks for sharing. Will check out your pinboard too.
This post just made me hungry!
The firework cookies look delicious and so much fun to make! I'm excited for 4th of July too.
