Normally I am so ready for Friday but I must admit that with the short week it has snuck up on us. And that’s a lovely feeling. I hope you have all had a wonderful week. I am excited to share this week’s Friday Eye Candy with you. I am featuring many bloggers who I have actually had the pleasure of meeting in person. All such great ladies and their talent is unreal. Enjoy!
I adore Kirsten of 6th Street Design School. We have had the opportunity to hang out a couple of times via blog conferences. We spoke together at Haven last year and she is someone I have always admired and felt inspired by. She and her design partner are cranking out such gorgeous designs lately. This kitchen is so beautiful. As someone who gravitates towards a white kitchen, I am loving this bold color. And those pendant lights. Dreamy.
Sita Montgomery is one of the most talented designers I know. And I had the chance to visit with her when she was vactationing in our area with her family last year. What a beautiful woman inside and out. Her office makeover makes me want to work non-stop. It’s just gorgeous.
I’m sure you all know Sarah M. Dorsey. She is talented beyond measure. Well she has me wanting to spruce up my room for summer. How bright and fresh is this room? I adore yellow and I love the idea of infusing a pop of yellow in a bedroom for summer. Gorgeous.
I have gotten to know Claire via Instagram. I love discovering such talented and amazing women. I am constantly inspired. Those of us who are a little tight on space can truly appreciate this project. And even if you are swimming in space, this would be a fantastic addition to an outdoor space, too.
I had the pleasure of meeting Erin at a West Elm meet up not too long ago. She is the type of person that I just want to spend time with. I love everything about her and her house is pretty much my dream home. Every inch of it is fantastic. In fact, I had so much trouble choosing just one photo from her Spring home tour. Wait until you see the laundry room and bathrooms. Holy cow. In any event, she is all kinds of Friday Eye Candy! Go take a look.
Louise et Cie Favorties for Less
I had to share this round up of shoes with you. I am a really big fan of Louise et Cie {they have no idea who I am, but if they are reading I think your shoes are gorgeous. My wedges and favorite cage heels are made by them. Anyhoo, the shoes above are all for less and darling. If you are looking for a leopard heel, this is a great one.
And don’t forget that you can enter your email on my sidebar to receive A Thoughtful Place post updates to your inbox. And My Boutique is a fun spot to browse if you’re looking for some great deals.
I hope you enjoyed this week’s Eye Candy! Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? I am off to take my sweet mom to lunch and then enjoy a relaxing Friday with the family. Oh, and a super fun look for Saturday Shopping tomorrow. You can get a sneak peek on Instagram later today.

Interesting post title and I had to pause a bit because I didn’t think you meant what I first thought!
Love the top two rooms. Beautiful kitchen with a pop of color. Looks inviting enough that I actually want to cook in there.
The gray is so soothing that I’d want to be in there all day. Of course, being a huge reader, I don’t think there are enough books on the shelves 😉 Cramming them in the way I would need to would take away some of the peaceful feeling. sigh. I need a book storage room and a reading room.
We had family over Monday for a swim party (23rd annual!). Wow, it still surprises me that we’ve been in this house that long.
Have a great weekend.
