This is a stunning 1930s Spanish Colonial home in Los Angeles. The family that lives here handed over their home to Ruthie Sommers and simply said, “Surprise us!” Wow. I love their ability to let go. And it certainly paid off. Check out this very family friendly home. The use of color is infectious. Wait until you see their ice cream parlor inspired breakfast nook! 
Would love for Santa to bring me these chairs for Christmas.

The pavers with th grass peeking out is amazing. Love the eye candy. You are completely correct….the look dose have such a comfortable feel. As for handing my home over…absolutely.

I would have to- I'd never be able to achieve that look on my own or with my vision! I love the chair that looks like it has a Missoni fabric on it and those pastel chairs- really sweet!

I would never in a million years be able to hand our house over!! I am far too much of a control freak!! Even if I knew they could do a better job than me. Weird,I know!
I just love the process of planning and finding inspiration and planning some more and then the putting into place (bliss!). To miss out on all that would make me too sad for words.
