Friday Eye Candy: Breath of Fresh Air

January 4, 2013 by Courtney 10 Comments

Wow. It’s Friday. Hard to believe that our Christmas vacation time is coming to an end and that the kiddos return to school on Monday. We have so enjoyed just hunkering down and savoring a slow pace of life. For some reason, we just enjoyed doing nothing so much more this year than any time in the past. Perhaps it is current events or just an appreciation for the sweet little moments that has led us to really wanting to hold onto the rare times in life when we can relax and not rush around like crazy. It’s really been a breath of fresh air. And having said that, I rounded up some spaces that are just that. To me, all of these images exude a fresh, clean vibe. I hope you’ll agree.

{all images via traditional home} The above images are all from a beautiful home decorated for winter in Virginia. The gorgeous white tones in the home are so fresh and so pretty. Here’s to a fresh and beautiful start to the new year. Happy weekend, everyone.

What a nice, serene way to start the weekend! I love "days off" with my kids too. It feels so good to cook breakfast in our pjs instead of inhaling toast in the car!

Hope you have a great weekend! xo

I'm over here drooling… the fabrics chosen for each chair/sofa/settee are just incredible. Wish I could get my husband on board with light colors!

I second 17 Perth! Put my dog, cats, and kids in there! Muddy paws, kitty litter, vomited hair balls, and some peanut butter and jelly stains! LOVE the space! So clean looking!
