Happy Friday, friends!!!! The kids and I are gearing up for a lemonade stand. They have been asking to have one all summer long and I can’t believe it hasn’t happened yet. I’ll keep you posted on their mad sales skills. I am happy to be bringing back Friday Eye Candy on a regular basis. I had some sweet readers say that they have missed it and Julie even said she designed her children’s rooms based off of inspiration from Friday Eye Candy. That made me so incredibly happy. This week it is all about gorgeous light spaces with a touch of warm tones. I think you’ll see they all have a similar feel.

Offices of Greycroft Partners in LA. What? Offices! Yes, this is an office space and I can’t stop thinking about it. I have long wanted a leather sofa like this in our family room but everytime I bring it up to someone they are all like, “Um. . . yeah. Well . . . I don’t know.” I think people know something about my space that I don’t know. I can completely picture off white walls and a beautiful carmel colored leather sofa. Maybe one day. Oh, and that rug above. I LOVE it. And for me, no room is complete without a splash of green. The natural element is so key for any space.
I have been following Lauren Leiss, her blog, and her career for as long as I have been blogging. I just know that if we met in real life we would hit it off. She is madly talented, completely dedicated to her darling family and her house just sold. What?! I guess commuting back and forth across the country is a bit absurd so I was out of the running. But boy is one family going to be insanely lucky. Have you seen her back yard and outdoor shower?! Sigh.

Claire Brody might just be the cutest thing out there. She is a ray of sunshine and her home is as well. I swooned over her Summer Home Tour and absolutely love the combination of warmth, style and color. And that kitchen. I am a sucker for warm wood tones. . .I suppose that is why we have always chosen warm, medium toned wood floors in our home. I think there is something really inviting about that. You’ll love the rest of the tour if you have a moment to snoop around.
Wishing you all a really great Friday. I’ll be getting caught up on emails for part of the day so if I owe you one, I am so sorry for the delay. Summer with the kiddos and traveling have put me in a bit of a tailspin. But we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for understanding. xo

I loved the pictures with the boys in it. It is so refreshing to see spaces that are actually lived in, while maintaining an incredible charm.

My heart is racing with excitement that Friday Eye Candy has returned! Thank you!!! If I knew that all I had to do was ask, I would’ve asked you months ago to fly on over here and get my master bath remodeled already! ???? I’m with you on that carmel leather couch– it’s on my someday list. Have a great weekend Courtney!
