Friday Eye Candy: D.C. Row House

April 8, 2011 by Courtney 22 Comments

Have you heard the good news. On April 12 Traditional Home is partnering with Lonny and will launch TradHome {an original content digital magazine}. I for one am very excited! So in honor of that, here is an amazing row house belonging to designer Paul Corrie. With light only coming from the front and back of the house, he worked magic to use light and airy colors to create a beautiful light and bright home. I love the masculine touches and the kitchen is just gorgeous. I am always a fan of seeing how small spaces can be remarkably charming and pretty. Check it out.

It's beautiful!! I love that kitchen! It's little but the space is used well with the double top cabinets. The only thing missing is a library ladder to reach those top ones!

Wow! So beautiful. I'm in love with the neutrals and flowy ease the home has to it. I especially love the kitchen sink and the door to the patio off the kitchen.
    Happy weekend, sweet friend (:

So pretty. Love the white. I want to paint my whole house now.

Any ideas for a distressed old window frame?

So gorgeous! And I love the little patio off of the kitchen. What a neat idea with how they hung drapes from the ceiling around the bed too. This interior kind of reminds me of the interiors of that book I love, Interior Wisdom- so pretty and calming at the same time. Have a great weekend!

Wow- gorgeous home! I love the entry way- those dark stairs and railings- dreamy!! It's amazing that the windows are only in the front and back- the spaces all feel so bright. And I am so excited for Trad Home!! 🙂

It's beautifully done! Love the large mirror leaning against the wall in the dining room. The neutral palette really works well and adds such elegance and class to the house. My favorite part is the kitchen and the little patio right off of it. How wonderful to have coffee out there every morning. Have a nice weekend, Courtney.

I agree with Megan, the pictures do remind me of those in Interior Wisdom. Love the library, and that kitchen…swoon!! Who wouldn't want to walk out to that sweet patio to read the paper with a good cup of coffee?!
