Many of you many have seen this gorgeous Atlanta home in Traditional Home Magazine. It’s swoon worthy. And it belongs to a young family with two small children. Although it’s a brand new build, the homeowners wanted Lori Tippins, the designer, to infuse it with an aged look. I am just in awe of how gorgeous it is. Wait until you see the back patio. I especially love these pretty charcoal drapes in the dining room. I also like how the designer used large blue and white vases amidst the buffet lamps. You’ll see what I mean.
simply beautiful. happy friday, my friends.
Those floor to ceiling curtains in the first room are really stunning.
It is gorgeous…a lot of millwork really makes all the difference in a new home!
What a beautiful place. Happy Friday!

Beautiful home. I love the outdoor porch.
Beautiful home. The bathroom is simply fantastic!
I love the kitchen, but I'm a sucker for a great kitchen. It really is a beautiful home, unfortunately, my mind goes straight to "where's the storage?" then I see how big the home is… haha.
Have a great weekend!
Tons of architectural character! Something many South FL homes lack. 🙁
Those drapes gorgeous. Lots of beautiful touches around the house, but I am convinced she totally cleaned that house for the magazine shoot. (At least it makes me feel better to think so. Ha!) Kids and a house like that don't go together quite like peanut butter and jelly do. 😉 Lol.
The way they used the older antique looking furniture in a brand new house really gave it some great character…it is absolutely swoon-worthy! Especially those fantastic pendants in the kitchen…those are going in the fantasy file!
Woww! Love every single thing about this home!
SOOOO gorgeous!
Those charcoal drapes are gorgeous, that bathroom is heavenly and a beautiful family to match! They have lovely taste. Have a nice weekend, Courtney.
Absolutely love the spacious, bright, white kitchen!
