Friday Eye Candy: Easter Sunday Menu Ideas

March 22, 2013 by Courtney 12 Comments

With Easter Sunday just around the corner, I was snooping around the web looking for inspiration. Pretty easy to find these days, right! I stumbled upon these scrumptious recipes from bhg.com. Wow!!! I gave up chocolate until Easter so you can see why I am drooling over this chocolate waffles with mocha syrup {are you kidding me?}. You can click on the links beneath each yummy image to find the recipe. Enjoy!   Chocolate Waffles with Mocha Syrup chocolate waffles with mocha syrup   Eggs Benedict eggs benedict Fruit-Granola Parfaits fruit granola parfaits Asparagus-Egg-Prosciutto Tart with Spring Salad asparagus egg prosciutto tart with spring salad My husband makes a pretty amazing egg benedict dish so maybe I can convince him to bust it out on Easter. I will happily try any of these but you better believe there will be chocolate involved! I am looking forward to next week on the blog. I will be sharing my daughter’s new closet desk space on Monday. I hope you’ll pop over to see it. ………………………. … happy friday click on image for Easter projects from A Thoughtful Place chalkboardIMG_7995IMG_8490

Happy Friday to you too. These look delicious. We do have some Easter plans, but I think a family breakfast should be enjoyable too.

Eggs Benedict is my ultimate fave breakfast. My husband surprised me a couple of week ago and made it for me and it was delicious. This was a big deal b/c I've only seen him use the grill and he actually researched the sauce and perfected so he could surprise me! Isn't that crazy and awesome!! xo Kristin

Those chocolate waffles look divine. Eggs benedict is one of my favorites…haven't had it in awhile. Must change that. I can't believe Easter is next weekend. Happy weekend Courtney.

All of this looks pretty darn amazing to me…especially if someone else wanted to make it! (c; I can't believe Easter is only a week away…I think that gives me a little bit of anxiety! Maybe we'll just make chocolate waffles and call it a day? Can't wait to see the closet reveal!!!
