So we had a short week, and yet I am still so darn happy it’s Friday! It’s been a hectic week on this end. Hope you all have had a nice week. It’s hard to believe that photos below are from a prewar apartment. Designer Christina Murphy hit this one out of the ballpark. One of my favorite details is the herringbone pattern on the built in shelves. The whole apartment comes alive with great pops of color. I don’t need to say much, do I? All so lovely and beautiful. Even those towel bars with the monogrammed towels are dreamy. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. Hope you have some relaxation on the docket. We are in full party planning mode over here as my sweet mom has a birthday just around the corner. Be back with party details next week. enjoy your weekend!
All I can say is HB never disappoints. I am so fired up to open my mailbox and find it waiting! Love that grey ikat wallpaper with the color sofa. It wouldn't work in my house but I just love that it's out there somewhere!!

Hi there- I just popped in for the first time on your blog and I'm loving it! I love these Friday Eye Candy posts! All of this looks amazing. I am in LOVE with the pattern on the shelves, as I'm sure everybody else does. What a creative idea! Maybe I can do this on my dorm shelving….hm. Maybe I will try it and post on my blog! And I agree with you on the monogramed towels. Adorable! Thanks for sharing!

room #2 is my favorite! that chinois is gor-geous!
this is such a beautiful home. especially the chevron wallpaper for the library, it adds subtle drama which is so appropriate for the room. I wonder if the design is done by hand as a DIY for the home owner or its just a simple wallpaper?
I loved this home in HB! happy bday to your mom…I know your party was perfection!
