Friday Eye Candy: Small Outdoor Spaces

August 3, 2012 by Courtney 15 Comments

Thank goodness it’s Friday. Anyone with me? We are off to a concert in the park tonight in our neighborhood. It’s really one of our very favorite parts of summer. Our tight knit community is all about family and children so it really is a fun venue when everyone comes out to relax, dance, sing, and enjoy great food and drink. And tonight’s concert is Dave Matthews Band music so we are super pumped.  In honor of that, here are some of my new favorite outdoor spaces. In case you missed the latest post on one of my outdoor spaces you can check it out here. I firmly believe that a small space can still have huge style. Many of these spaces are not palatial, but they are both gorgeous and inviting. Perhaps you can find an idea or two in how they have designed their spaces.

    I think my favorite is the blue door! Reminds me that I need to work on our patio soon! Thanks so much for participating in the greige series!

    Love them all. I love having an outdoor space. We have double front porches and it's definitely my favorite thing about our house. I would love to have a brick fireplace in an outdoor space one day! Happy Weekend to you!!

    I just love that first image with the bright colored door – so fun! Small spaces can be the most fun to decorate I think – these are all great examples of how to live large in a smaller space!

    That very first one is the most simple one of all of them, but I'm digging it the most! That bright turqouise door is the cat's meow for me…I'd smile every time I came home! Here's to a weekend of cat's meows and smiling…okay, after a read through, maybe just the smiling (c;

    Beautiful outdoor spaces. The turquoise door is fun and the lighting in the night space is lovely. Very intimate and romantic. We're just finishing up sprucing up our outdoor area. We're celebrating my birthday this weekend! I love family gatherings. Happy weekend to you Courtney!
