Lemonade Stand: Sweet Supplies

June 18, 2012 by Courtney 22 Comments

Ahhhhh! The sun is shining brightly and summer is upon us! This is our last week of school. I wanted to share with you the darling lemonade stand supplies Target is carrying. I just fell in love with the line. And what child doesn’t love to get their small business on with selling lemonade?! supplies We were so very blessed this year in Kindergarten to have had am amazing group of families to carpool with. If you have or had school aged children than you know the morning hustle and bustle and how you often feel like a chauffeur. Thanks to this sweet group, each mommy only drove to Kindergarten one day a week. Dreamy. Furthermore, this group of mommies saved me because we had lost my dear brother at the onset of the school year and it was a very tough time for us. So to thank them for taking me under their wing, I put together these buckets so that their kiddos could make one sweet lemonade stand this summer. ………………lemonade anyone? IMG_0017 …………………………….gift idea Target is carrying everything: moneybox, sales log, banners, signs, napkins, cups, etc. Too much fun! And while you don’t need all of this to throw together a lemonade stand, it sure makes for a fun summertime gift if you are in need of one for someone special. IMG_0003IMG_9992IMG_9993IMG_9994IMG_9995IMG_9996IMG_9997 IMG_0007 IMG_0012 To put it all together, I arranged everything in sand pails that coordinated with the supplies. I then wrapped them in basket bags that I picked up from Michael’s.  Because these families really helped us out when we needed it most, I typed up a label that reflected that. IMG_0015 summer You’re suddenly thirsty for lemonade, aren’t you?! I think I better serve some up over here. cheers to summertime Sharing with My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia

I saw these at Target the other day and thought all of the lemonade stand stuff was adorable! I love the buckets you created! I am wondering what you use to type on all of your cute labels…I think you said Microsoft Publisher? Is this the same as Microsoft Office Publisher? When I looked online that is all that I saw. Thanks for your help and endless inspiration!
