Let’s do this, Monday! We wrapped up the weekend with dear friends last night and it was such a nice way to head into the week. We have a lengthy the to-do list but it should feel good making progress on it. I hope you had a lovely weekend. Here is a recap with our Monday Morning Wrap Up.

We have had the most beautiful skies lately. Grateful for this view and these beautiful trees.
BIRTHDAY WEEK
Another year older and so thankful. My family surprised me with this cute decor and spoiled me for the day. It was also really nice to celebrate with friends. This adulting thing isn’t for the faint of heart, but it sure is nice to take some time to reflect and take inventory of all that is important. Always a good time to focus on what really matters.
SWEET REVIEWS
I love when I hear from all of you about something I have recommended. I received 3-4 messages about this lamp (on sale) this past week. This cordless lamp has three settings and add such a pretty warm glow to any room. I adore mine and have now bought another one. It’s perfect on our piano and gives off enough light at night that I don’t need to turn on the overhead lighting to play. You could even switch up the shade for a more custom look.
SWIVEL CHAIRS ON SALE
Just a heads up that these swivel chairs are still on sale for a great price. They are extremely comfortable. We’ve had them in two homes now and my sister just ordered 4 to create a seating area in her new home. And this rug is the softest rug in all the land.
The chandelier gives off the prettiest glow. I’ve loved it since the moment we put it up.
DO YOU KNOW THIS COLOR?
This color is so striking! We are currently trying out paint colors for our basement renovation and I think this would be so pretty. Unfortunately, this pretty photo shoot was in a home that was rented, so Studio McGee does not have the paint color. If any of you have seen something similar, please let me know.
STRIPED LOUNGE SET
This was a big hit from Saturday Shopping. It’s a comfy two piece lounge set from Amazon. It’s my favorite after a day in the sun and a shower. The colors are ivory and black and I am wearing the small.
The neutral new balance sneakers were also a best seller. I get so many compliments on these.
MAKING MEMORIES AT THE BEACH
We were so happy to welcome our first family to the 30A Beach Townhome last week. I love that they really enjoyed their stay and the house. Our property manager is top notch and we are so grateful. As our first renters, they really have a place in our heart.
What is on your agenda this week? My daughter and I are making progress on her dorm checklist and will be sharing some of our recent purchases this week. We are trying to slowly make our way through all of the necessities so we aren’t scrambling in August. As for Tennessee, we are headed into a crazy hot week. Stay safe, everyone.

My son isn’t really into the decorating portion of his move-in. I want to make it a comfortable place for him though! So much to get thinking about.
