Good morning! We hit the ground running today which has felt nice. Much to accomplish this week but feeling excited about projects we have going on. Plus my son’s hockey season kicks off which is also something to look forward to. Here’s a look at life lately with the Monday Morning Wrap Up.
HANK’S COFFEE STATION
I met up with my friend Elizabeth at Hank’s Coffee Station. If you are local, or stopping through Franklin, it’s a great spot. There is sitting inside and out and it is family run. Just don’t go at 10:00 am when everyone else does!
I was swooning over this corner. I love everything about this design. So pretty. And I suddenly need stripes somewhere in my home. It always feel nice to carve out time to catch up with friends. Good for the soul.
Speaking of coffee, these mugs are SO CUTE! We have house guests coming and I am eying these.
LISTENING ROOM CAFE
Ryan and I had tickets to the Listening Room Cafe on Friday night and it was hands down one of the best nights we have ever experienced there. Four amazingly talented songwriters who have written so many top hits. And Colbie Caillat is incredible. Her voice is so beautiful and what a kind human. I could listen to her sing all day long.
NEW PILLOW $12
I added these black throw pillows to our backyard. They are not technically outdoor pillows so I would be sure they are in a covered porch or deck. But you can’t beat the $12 price. Our sectional was one of our very favorite purchases. It’s been wonderful.
FALL RIBBON
This beautiful velvet ribbon arrived and I love it. It’s going to be so pretty tied to two fall wreaths. Highly recommend. This is copper but it comes in so many pretty colors.
FALL SWEATERS
I can’t wait for sweater weather and this one is ADORABLE. Now on sale.
And this bomber jacket is back in stock. Darn cute. Especially for game days!
BASEMENT BEFORE
It’s starting today!!! While my husband did a ton of prep work and removed the tile, we decided to bring in help to get us really moving. This week the floors are being leveled and new flooring installed. I can’t wait to see it with new floors. It’s been concrete for over six months and we are ready to get this underway. I have so many design plans for this space and can’t wait to see it come to life. I’ll be sharing updates in stories on Instagram.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
My emails that send out blog posts is still not working. My frustration on that is through the roof. I’m sorry to those of you who normally receive one letting you know I’ve posted. Here is a recap of last week in case you missed it.
Make it a great Monday, friend.
