Monday Morning Wrap Up

Good morning! Woke up to sunshine and beautiful temperatures. No doubt a tease before we get another winter storm, but I’ll take it! It feels glorious. In fact we spent most of our weekend outdoors which was a lovely. It was a whirlwind of a week and I’m not quite ready to jump into this week’s to-do list but such is life. Here is a quick recap with our Monday Morning Wrap Up.

Antiques & Garden Show

My friends and I went to the Nashville Antiques & Garden show this past week and it was so much fun. such beautiful displays by all of the vendors. Loved walking around and attending the talk from April Tomlin, Lauren Akins, and Sheryl Crow.

This greenhouse was remarkably beautiful. My mom would always have beautiful blooms in her silver punch bowl and this reminded me so much of her. And I am forever team cordless lamp for adding ambiance to any space.

OUTDOOR LAMPS

These are my favorite for outdoor spaces (we have them and love). I just noticed they are on sale for $19! They give off just enough light where you don’t need any other lights. We really adore them.

This brass lamp is another favorite and currently on sale.

LISTENING ROOM CAFE

My husband and I headed up to the Listening Room Cafe on Friday night. I love Lauren Watkins (sings Shirley Temple) and she performed with her sister and husband which was so much fun. We like the Listening Room because it’s acoustic and the singer songwriters tell the stories of how the songs came to be. So much fun. A must if you are in town.

OUR TILE

In case you missed the reel I did, our tile is called Zellige Oat Ceramic Tile by Floor & Decor. I get questions quite often. We absolutely love it. It catches the light and has enough color variance for interest. A really pretty tile I would absolutely use again.

SPOTTED THIS

Popped into Nordstrom and spotted this dress. I wasn’t in the mood to try things on but this dress is ADORABLE. Really cute and under $100.

Just so good. I love a drop waist and think I will order this. Darling for vacation and summer. The reviews say to size up so I will order the medium.

THE BEST SURPRISE

And this sweet girl made our day!!! She road tripped this past weekend and surprised us by popping in for one night. Nothing better. I love the banter between siblings, a full dinner table, and this cutie doing homework at the island. It was short and sweet and we loved every second. It makes me so happy knowing how much she loves school and how well adjusted she is. So very very grateful. And to the mamas who will be sending one off next year, I have so many tips and tricks for move in and such. Happy to share once we get closer to send off.

Off to get my steps in and thankful I can do that outside today. Going to soak in the sunshine. We’ve been making a batch of clean brownies over here and I can’t wait to share the recipe. They are insanely good. Make it a great Monday, my friend.
