Last week I shared some exciting news in my newsletter. We purchased a townhome along the Emerald Coast of 30A and can’t wait to share this short term rental with all of you. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working nonstop to make it feel inviting and fresh. We’ve had so much fun getting it ready and hope it will be a spot you love just as much as we do.

There is something so magical about these emerald colored waters and white sand. I am absolutely counting down the days until we are right back here.
WELCOME IN
The primary bedroom backs to the state forest so you can’t beat the tree views. We hope it’s a relaxing spot to enjoy after a fun day at the beach or pool.
START THE MORNING OFF RIGHT
We hope you will feel at home here and enjoy a respite from the stresses of life.
You can make a cup of coffee and enjoy the back deck or head across the street (walk, bike or drive the golf cart) to Nectar Coffee. My favorite thing to do is grab coffee here when it opens and head down to the beach. There is something about sitting on the sand first thing in the morning that I just love. Congratulations on your new place on 30A! Looks like you are in Prominence? We used to own an A unit in there. You will love it, and it’s such a hot spot for renters with the Big Chill across the street. We sold it about 2.5 years ago and bought a house down in the same area. We go down about 4 months a year spread out over the year. We love it so much! If you ever have any questions, feel free to reach out. It looks so beautiful inside!

Gorgeous, Courtney!!! My daughter and I meet up for a girls escape every year and this would be perfect and so much fun! My mom lived in Naples for many years and I have not been back to Florida since she passed away in 2020. I miss those beautiful beaches! I will definitely be looking into renting your place!
