A Punch of Pink

April 13, 2012 by Courtney 21 Comments

I am not sure if it’s the blooming bougainvillea in our yard, or the planning of a girlie birthday party, but pink is on my mind. It’s fresh and fun. It screams spring to me and I loved drooling over some of these pinkalicious spaces from Traditional Home. Happy Friday. Enjoy the eye candy.
Whenever I see spaces like this it makes me want to paint the entire inside of my house white. Scrumptious.
I am pretty positive that there are no bad moods allowed in the space above. It’s fresh, fun, and so full of yummy punches of pink.
Perfect pops of pink. I spy three coffee tables which is a fun look {we are used to seeing two pieces paired as a coffee table, but three is a great look}.
While I couldn’t commit to pink walls, the fabric of the drapes is just beautiful. I like how the black fireplace serves to ground the whole space.
I think every girl needs a pink backgammon set, don’t you? Adorable.
Pale pink chevron lined drapes surround the bed while a bouquet of pink roses add another pop of color. I love the brass feet on this chest of drawers as well. {above images: Traditional Home} ……………………happy friday

Um—that last photo is pretty much perfect in my opinion. I love the fresh flowers, the lamp, the marble top of the dresser….ahh..Yes. Beautiful.

I love pink, and I absolutely adore the top two pictures! Such a great splash of color without being too overwhelming. If only my hubby would go for it in our living room…

Yes to pink! It is one of the most cheerful colors for me. And yes, the bougainvillaea in CA is gorgeous right now. We do not have it here in NC so I soaked it all in last week.
