Good morning. We are still trying to stay warm and cozy in the below freezing temps. So much snow on the ground which makes it really beautiful. I have to say that seeing everything with a blanket of snow is a nice treat in an otherwise very brown January. Thanks for joining me this morning. Let’s jump into this week’s edition of Saturday Shopping.
THIS JUST IN
As I look out the window and see snow, I am dreaming of wearing this on vacation. So pretty!!!!
I am always drawn to Anthro for their unique styles. This blouse in no exception. So feminine and lovely.
Oh. My. Goodness. This dress is AMAZING. I love everything about it. And always love things made by Maeve.
STILL LOVING
These slippers are worth sharing again. I have not taken them off and I’ve been so warm and cozy in the house. I really appreciate the arch support and find them to be true to size. I am a 7.5 and the 7-8 is roomy. The socks are the ones I wear with my Chelsea boots.
WHERE ARE YOUR GLASSES FROM?
Every time I do a story with my glasses on, I get this question and I finally tracked them down. I had these made right before we moved to Tennessee. I knew I would be wearing reading glasses pretty much non stop so I wanted frames that I really loved. I actually have to thank one of my best friends because she picked them up for me and drove them to where we were staying in San Clemente because we were literally boarding a plan the next morning.
Sorry about the random photo (I took it from a video) but at least you can see how they fit. I can’t say enough great things about these frames. I adore them and keep them in their case as much as possible. They were a splurge but I have no regrets.
*This gold stack is a price performer and I always add it to my bracelets. My sweater is from here (I wear it all the time . . .love that it isn’t too heavy and it’s nice and soft).
Here is a good look at the shape. If anything ever happened to mine, I would absolutely buy this same frame again. Very lightweight and comfortable.
PUZZLE TIME
Puzzles, anyone? When you are snowed in, there is nothing better than working on a puzzle. We picked up this one and love it.
My daughter is hoping I will order this one for her. It really is cute and I love when they work on puzzles versus screen time.
MY DAUGHTER’S PICKS
I thought it would be fun to share some of the items my daughter is loving lately.
She loves this fleece jacket. Wears it to her workout classes and to school. The green is really pretty but it comes in many colors.
Riley loves the long sleeve tops from Lululemon but I don’t love the price tag. She found these tops on Amazon on they are currently on sale for $22. Yes, please!!! We ordered this color and white for her. Fantastic reviews and a good price point.
KITCHEN ADDITION
I added this little marble dish to my island and am so grateful. Not sure what took me so long. When I am cooking over the stove, my bracelets get way too hot and I like taking my rings off when I do the dishes. Now I have a dedicated spot (away from the sink) where I can set them. And this marble dish is just so pretty.
LOVELY NEW ARRIVALS
I am over the moon for this dress. We have the sleeveless version and adore it. Such a great dress.
If you are headed somewhere warm, these pants are darling. Would be great with a tank or over a swimsuit. They also come in black.
SATIN PILLOWCASE
Have you made the switch to a satin pillowcase? Huge fan for my hair and fine lines. Especially after I’ve curled my hair. This is the one I have and have been really happy with it. They are on sale right now with code: WINTER20 so I bought two more as gifts.
I’ve been wearing Chelsea boots nonstop this season. These boots are not only on sale but an extra 50% off on top of that. Sizes are going quickly but definitely hop on this if you are looking for a pair. They also come in black. They went from $188 to $52!
These best selling jeans are on sale. Great wash.
FOR THE HOME
Do you any of you have this swivel chair? It’s wildly popular and has great reviews. I am considering this for our basement. Such a great price!
I also just added some of these bins to our pantry. We already love and use them in the fridge. Not sure why I haven’t used them in here before. Discovering it’s better for me to organize the things we use all the time into separate bins. SO much easier to see what we need when I make my grocery list.
Yesterday, I unloaded our entire pantry (and soon regretted) but in the end it was such a smart move. Took out so many lost and expired items and reorganized it in a much more efficient way.
My Thrive Market order arrived. Thrive is fantastic if you don’t already use them. Everything delivered to my door and they carry all of the clean brands we use. They will even price match. I love ordering the organic spices because they come in these pouches. Easy to refill my spice jars (which have been wonderful).
If you want to give Thrive a try, this link will give you 40% off which is nice. We order all of our baking supplies, snacks, soups, etc. Oh I also oder my EOS dish soap. So when I grocery shop, I just focus on fresh produce and proteins. It’s been great.
TOXIN FREE DETERGENT – $5 TRIAL
Another huge change we made was switching to Truly Free laundry detergent. I have used the more natural ones for quite some time but always without scents. This one is not only clean but has a toxin free scent (essential oils) that smells so good! I feel so good about this detergent and am over the moon to be able to have a scent back. If you are looking to reduce toxins, detergent is an easy switch. I’m the girl that has tried so many on the market and this one is hands down my favorite. I also switched to their non-toxic dish detergent (works so well). If you want to try the detergent you can receive 50 loads for $5. And after you purchase your first bottle, refills come in a packet which is nice.
*The website isn’t the best but the product and customer service are topnotch. Family run and so happy to support.

I appreciated the asterisk regarding the detergent website because the site navigation definitely detected me. Also, I loved seeing some of your daughter’s recommendations- very helpful!
