Saturday Shopping

Good morning. The sun is shining brightly and it’s such a pretty day. Enjoying my cup of coffee and marveling that it is now August. We are hoping to make some progress in the basement today and I will be updating where we are in stories. For now, let’s do a little Saturday Shopping together.

ANTHRO

I just love these. I think they are a unique blend of saddle shoe and sneaker and on my wishlist for Fall.

Those sneakers would be so cute with the Colette pants, too. This color is calling my name. I don’t have anything like it.

Eek. A girl can dream! This dress is so beautiful. If only I had an excuse or place to wear it.

Speaking of dresses! I bought this one and LOVE it. It’s one of my favorite fits ever. The pattern and color are so pretty. I will say it runs snug. I don’t think it would work if you have a larger chest.

SOCIAL THREADS

Definitely a favorite look of mine. I love a sleeveless sweater. This one comes in two colors. And the green denim is one of my most worn. I love the fit and color. I have the cropped version.

I’ve been wearing this pretty top with shorts while it’s still warm out. I love the flowy feel. These jeans are ideal for my taller girls. So comfortable (nice stretchy waist) and a really good wash for fall. I am 5’7″ and wear these with a 2″ heel.

NORDSTROM SALE LAST DAY

All time favorite bra. If you didn’t grab one today is the last day that they are $32 ($49 tomorrow).

I popped into Nordstrom yesterday and this caught my eye. I bought two as gifts. Really pretty in person and wishing I had bought one for myself.

FOR THE HOME

Looking for a beautiful mirror without a crazy price tag, this is a great option. I am considering it for our living room. I love the dimensions and the finish is really pretty.

FALL FINDS

So pretty with great reviews. A nice way to warm things up for fall.

Moody art for the win. This one is under $20 and looks great tucked into a bookcase or in a kitchen.

I just ordered this one for our home. We don’t have anything like it. I really like the dark matting.

We are big on throw blankets around here and keep them in the corners of our rooms in baskets. In fact I literally just watched my son get up from the sofa and toss the one he was using in the basket. It’s been a good system for us and keeps the things looking picked up. This one is great.

Riley’s Picks

We ordered these shorts for Riley (for school while it’s still so hot). They are really cute in person. She LOVES them so I wanted to share.

This is her other favorite pick. I’ve shared before and it comes in so many colors. A great fit and one of her most worn outfits.

We all know Amazon finds can be hit or miss. Riley actually prefers this version to the original Lulu one. She likes the fit better and it’s under $30. Yes, please.

Dorm Finds

If any of you are doing last minute dorm shopping, I put most of our finds in one spot. You can shop them here in case you are in need of a few more item. I hope it’s helpful.

These remain the top seller for dorm prep. Nothing fancy, but what we are using these under her bed for added clothing storage. And for those of you driving, we will fill these up prior to loading them in the car so we just have to place them in her room.
