It was lovely not having to set the alarm this morning. We had a really busy Friday so a little extra sleep was needed. How was your week? I think it’s safe to say January felt like a long month so I am welcoming February with open arms. In fact, I may even break out some pink and red decor. Without further ado, join me for some Saturday Shopping.
LOVING THESE PIECES
This cashmere sweater is $39! What a great price. And I really like this sleeve style. More colors available.
This organic knit blazer dresses up any outfit but is very soft. It gets 3K wonderful reviews with a ton of color options.
A love hearing back from you and a couple of you reached out to say you love these. The $50 price is lovely!
Nothing more classic than a trench coat. You really can’t go wrong.
This classic handbag was last week’s best seller. It’s a good one.
SNEAKER LOVE
All the yes to these! I recommend going down a half size. Love this neutral color but there are so many colors available.
This color!!!! Another fun option for sneakers.
PRETTY DRESSES
So darn cute!!! I love everything about this.
This comes in three colors (adore this brand) and would be a fun vacation dress.
Another pretty option for warm weather vacation spots! Or a Spring/Summer wedding.
Classically beautiful!!! So pretty. Read the reviews on fit though to be sure it would be a good match. I love this cut!
These pajamas make me want to pour a cup of tea and cuddle up with a good book. Soft and cozy.
ANTHRO
This is a top rated piece at Anthro and comes in a few colors. So much fun.
I like this flattering cut. So many color options. A best seller with wonderful reviews.
LOVE!!!! The pink is so fun and there are more colors to choose from.
Without question one of my very favorite pairs of jeans. They are so comfortable I can travel in them. Lots of stretch at the waist. This new wash is so pretty!
UNDER $30
These are darling and under $30!! You can preorder now. They will sell out quickly.
SURPRISE YOUR TEEN GIRL
My daughter borrowed this from a friend and fell in love with it. I am surprising her with the sports bra and these bottoms for Valentine’s Day. You can see all of her favorites lately right here.
Another Riley pick and it’s now $35!!! So good.
IN THE KITCHEN
Ladies, these glass containers are ideal for salad meal prep. Of course you could use them for so many things but I prep 2-3 salads so I can grab one from the fridge and have a nutrient dense lunch. I pour the dressing in the bottom and then layer my protein (usually grilled chicken we have prepped) then bell peppers, red onion, tomatoes, blue cheese and lettuce. Works like a charm. I’ll share a photo this week.
WE USE EVERY SINGLE DAY
These are 7 things we use on a daily basis. The bowls are hands down our most used item. I use 2-3 daily for either prep, baking, storing leftovers or mixing up things for dinner. The largest one is great for tossing really big salads. My daughter might be in an apartment next year and these will absolutely be a must have for her kitchen.
- glass containers – these are what we use for leftovers and food prep, use them constantly
- wood boxes – these keep your plastic bags so neat and tidy
- spice jars – we love these so much we put them in our beach house, too
- plastic bins – outstanding in the fridge (we keep all of our fruits & veggies in here)
- smaller plastic bins – also great for storage
- nesting bowls – amazing for prep and storage – constant daily use
- Lazy Susan – also one of the best things we did for fridge organization, nothing gets lost (five stars)
ADDING TO THE BASEMENT
We are wanting to put a record player in our basement. Actually, it was my son’s idea and I love it. We stayed in a an airbnb that had a great record player this past summer and it was so much fun. I have narrowed it down to these two. The one has the speakers built in.
This one has two separate speakers and has really great reviews. It’s jus a bit harder to place these. We have so many of my dad’s records and I loved when he would play them. So many fond memories. There is just something very special about listening to records. Looking forward to creating those memories. Our son has one in his room and loves it.
Looking for a pretty sofa? love the lines and the wood base.
Recently I was asked about this table. I think it’s one of Targets hidden gems. We absolutely love it.
We used the table here and I can’t say enough great things about it. You can shop the house here.
*Check availability in our 30A place here (February bookings are 20% off).
And if you are looking for a pretty side table, this traditional one is lovely.
MIXING PRINTS
Target carries these performance sheets which are great. I love the idea of buying two sets and mixing and matching. So easy with these pretty prints. As long as you have a large scale mixed with the small scale it works. If I were decorating a girls’ room I would absolutely use these. The solid colors can be found here.
What is on your agenda for the day? If you missed it, I shared my morning routine in this post. It includes the one thing I gave up I never thought I could.
We are off to run a few errands. We were out late last night so I’m definitely dragging a bit. I do need to finish up my daughter’s care package (lots of Valentine’s idea here). Whatever you have planned, I hope it’s a really good day. And to those of you wanting the recipes, I will be working on those next week. Thank you for the interest. See you back here on Monday.
