Saturday Shopping: Bring on Summer!

Be sure to check back if that’s you! I am a Southern California girl and it is CRAZY HOT here. Like, crazy. It’s finally looking like it may cool down a bit. But here’s the deal. I am ready for summer. No question about it. As you know, my husband and I do weekly date nights. This week I wore this fun dress.   black & white dress | pendant necklace |similar heel   This is one of those dresses that looks much better in person than it does online. In fact the store photo looks entirely different. Just FIY. I love the black and white print because it is so different from anything I have. It is very light weight and so easy for summer. I am 5’7” so you get an idea of the length. I bought a size small.   I especially love that it is longer in back. Cute cut and you don’t have to worry about sitting down! Know what I mean? And it comes in this super cute floral print that I have my eye on.   v-neck floral print dress This one looks like the front and back are the same length. Such great colors. And the bracelets below would be so cute with this. So would these heels.   tassel bracelet Next up is a really pretty top my husband gave me for Mother’s Day. He knows me well. It is soft, feminine and has a touch of lace. There is a really subtle ivory/taupe print to it.   pintuck pleat top | heels | watch | sunglasses |similar bag {just add a bow} The top has subtle pintuck pleats in the back and such pretty panel of lace at the top. Can you see it? The sun was crazy bright it was hard to capture the detail. My top is a size small.  Will also be wearing this outfit with my favorite sandals. I haven’t stopped wearing them. Hands down, best summer sandal find for the money. So comfortable. Still loving this fringe one as well. perfect shorts These come in a ton of different prints and colors. Love the fit and weight.   triangle scarf {$12} I love the soft mint print on this. And the one I have with tassels is also on sale.   white boyfriend blazer I just ordered this. I have seen so many great summer outfits with white blazers. Hoping to show you some next week after it arrives. The price is a steal. I bought a small but will let you know about fit after it arrives . . . UPDATE. My small is snug on me and I ordered a medium. LOVE the feel of this though. Really excited about it. It does take a while to ship so just be aware. Mine took two weeks. black shorts {also in white & other colors} slip on striped shoes They are shoes. They have stripes. Is there anything else I need to say? I love them. I think they would look adorable with a pair of black shorts and that white blazer. Preppy and pretty. caramel handbag I have had my caramel colored handbag for years. I carry it a lot in the warmer months. I searched high and low and found this one for a great price. It has excellent reviews. And it’s fun to tie an off white bow on it for summer.
