Hey, hey, it’s the weekend! Nothing better! I hope you all had a good week. Most of you know that my husband and I try to sneak in weekly date nights. And let me tell you. . . it’s not always easy. Sometimes we are literally racing to pick up both kiddos from evening activities while the other makes dinner for the kids and it’s a crazy, hectic juggling act to get out the door. But we try really hard to make it happen. I think the hair up in a bun saves us a good ten minutes it getting out of the house! Today I am sharing two looks: one casual and one dressy. I have posted about this maxi dress before. I love this dress. It’s flattering on and has a unique back to it. It’s easy to wear and the colors are just great. It will transition well into fall with a jean jacket. I should have kept my jacket from years ago since they are back in style. You can pick one up for very little and it does go with everything. maxi dress | jean jacket | similar clutch {sale} | sunglasses | bracelet I’ve had this blue cobalt blue clutch for years but found one that is even cuter and at an awesome price point {$27} Can’t beat that. It’s a fun color and goes with more things than you would think. I am a girly girl and putting on a pencil skirt makes me happy. Especially one with polka dots. Paired with one of my favorite tanks, it’s an easy look. This tank comes in a million colors and is cute dressed up or down. This skirt almost has a gold shimmer to it in real life. It’s not too heavy and I LOVE the bow on the side. I am super excited about wearing this skirt during the holidays. I think it’s going to look really cute with a pop of red. The website says the polka dots are brown but to me they read almost black in real life. It also looks cute matched with chambray. skirt | heels | tank | similar clutch | bracelet | sunglasses Last two date night looks: Pink Faux Wrap Dress | Black Faux Wrap Dress And my favorite blouse is now being sold in hot pink! So cute. Will show you how I style it soon. We are off to my son’s first Taekwondo tournament. I am so nervous for the little guy. Wish him luck {and nervous mommy!}. . . *affiliate links used

You have a great sense of style! I would love to see a future post with your suggestions for what to wear to a winter wedding. I'm going to a wedding in December and I could use all the fashion help I can get.

Sorry if this is too personal, but are you able to wear a straless bra under the maxi? I love that dress but never feel comfortable freestyling 😉 Great finds, as always!
