Saturday Shopping: Floral and Plaid

It’s the weekend!!! We spent a great evening with my parents last night and tonight we have a million projects to check off the list. It should feel good to get some things accomplished before we settle in to cheer on my college football team. Go Irish. Have to share this fall floral dress with you. I was having lunch with a friend and passed by this dress on our way to eat. I couldn’t get it out of my head. The black mixed with the soft delicate flowers is so great. And such a great price. I love the sleeve length and the pretty feminine flowers. It will also look great with a pair of tights. And I must say it is so much cuter in person than on the store website. The scarf is from Target and I LOVE it. It’s inexpensive and crazy soft. It’s also a nice large size and can even be used to wrap around your shoulders if your chilly. But I especially like that it isn’t super heavy like some of the other oversized scarves. Fall for me is all about taking some of my classic pieces that I am willing to spend more money on {boots} and mixing with inexpensive pieces. It creates a timeless pulled together look.
