Happy Saturday, all! What are you up to? We are headed to the soccer fields and the to a baseball party to kick off the season. I can’t believe it’s the last day of January. How did that happen? Why does time fly by so quickly. Can somebody please slow it down. While we ponder life and how quickly it passes, let’s talk about navy and white, shall we? It’s a great, classic combination. And super comfy, to boot. 
It’s all about the nautical, preppy vibe today. I love navy and white together. It really is a classic combination that never goes out of style. Many of these pieces have been in my closet for quite some time which shows you just how timeless this look is. The white cardi is rather new and a staple these days. 
I can’t get enough of these shoes. I LOVE them. They are crazy comfortable and run true to size. I just love the nude color because it goes with everything. They do come in a ton of other colors. I like the casual, preppy vibe the two tone gives off. 
I love having this wrap in white because it goes with absolutely everything. It’s crazy soft and I always get compliments when I wear it. 
shoes | cardigan | jeans | handbag | polka dots | striped tee So what makes this look work is the mix of stripes and polka dots as well as the warm tone of the handbag. I have had a few of these pieces for a very long time so I searched high and low to find pieces that really achieve the same look. I adore the look of the purse above. It is a steal and might not last you a lifetime but it is a chic and stylish look for a lot less. If you want an investment piece, this is a very nice tan handbag. I have had the blue polka dot sash for decades. It was actually my mother’s so I love wearing it on my purse. To get a similar look, I found an inexpensive polka dot pocket square that you could tie in a knot on one side of the bag. You could also go the route of ribbon. 
cardi | tank | shoes | watch | boyfriend jeans | rug If you check in on Instagram, you may have seen this combination. It was a more neutral outfit and it worked really well. I bought a medium in the polka dot swing tank and a small in the cardi {although an XS would have fit too}. I am a size 4. 
navy floral scarf | lipstick | sunnies | gold cuff | monogram bag | mint scarf These are all just so darn cute. And would be great for a little Valentine love. Oh, and in case you are interested, my bucket bag is back in stock.

I am right there with the other girls – have been eyeing this cardigan for a long time (in other colors), but am loving the white. Think I might get it today. I have the cardi in grey and it so comfy! I'm planning to wear it for our upcoming vacation. It's a great layering piece for going from a cold place' like Seattle to a warm place like Hawaii. Very plane friendly!
