It’s the weekend!!!! While we have a week of school under our belt, we don’t have the sports practices and homework load quite yet so I feel like we are still sort of skating by. I’m sure this next week will be the true test. We did wrap up our summer with one last trip to Big Bear Lake. I wanted to share some of the looks I packed when we went up there. They are all relaxed and comfy. Such a beautiful place and we were lucky to spend four days with dear friends of ours.
I first bought these linen pants for Bora Bora and have worn them so much. I love how the preppy striped sweater looks with them. Just a very relaxed look. Can’t say enough about how soft these sweaters are. Definitely a #minnmatchfallstyle piece.

Cardigans are always such a good call. Easy to wear and you can toss them on over shorts or jeans. Really just an easy way to make an outfit look pulled together, too. I also really like this one for Fall. And it’s on sale!

This is an outfit I wore for our neighborhood happy hour. I love this tank. I have the gray one as well. It has a such a flattering fit. I wear a size small and wear either a bandeau bra under it or a racerback bralette. It’s a great piece to layer with as Fall approaches.

And the two overnight bags I use most when we go away are this one and this one. The brown one has a great zippered section on the bottom for shoes. That is so smart and keeps them away from the rest of my clothes.
I walked through Nordstrom yesterday and so many summer things are on sale for 40% off. It’s worth taking a look around. I rounded up some great finds below.
Many Gigi of New York handbags are on sale, too. They are so pretty and you can add a monogram to make them uniquely yours.
So wish me luck tonight! Taking my daughter to go see Taylor Swift. I have never seen her so excited about something. Her enthusiasm is infectious. You got me hooked on those Free People tanks! They are so comfy and easy to wear. I have the grey and petal pink and think I need to add that black one. Can’t beat the price on them either.
