So overjoyed it’s the weekend. My husband was away all week and it’s so awesome to be back as a family. The kids were awesome while he was gone but it was one of those weeks where if it could go wrong, it did go wrong. So pretty amped it’s time to relax now. Last week I showed you my scalloped skirt styled with stripes and converse. This week it’s about switching it up with a preppy oxford and booties. Great way to transition from Winter to Spring when you’re ready. This Saturday Shopping is all about Preppy Vibes & Sale Finds for Presidents weekend.
Wardrobe Staple: Blue oxford. (wearing a size 6) I love a great, versatile oxford blouse that goes with anything. This does that. I have worn it with dressy black pants, shorts, denim cutoffs, this white mini and so much more. This one is still on sale and a great blouse. Tying the blouse in a knot keeps it relaxed and casual, too.

While I love the scallops, if mini skirts aren’t your thing, this would look great with white pants or this super chic pencil skirt. And these booties just keep on going. I wear them with EVERYTHING. I’m sure you’ve noticed.
This is the crossbody I have been wearing. So soft and cute. I took the strap off to give it a different look. Love the two tassels on this bag. So if you picked one up, try wearing it sans strap, too.

I just discovered these loafers. So darn cute. They come in a pretty blush color, too. And that scarf is on sale and a cute way to style this look. And I love this bracelet. I bought it for a friend and regretted not buying one for me. It’s not huge so it sits well on your wrist instead of flopping around. Does that make sense? And now it’s a on sale. Even better.
Presidents’ Day Sales
It’s no secret things are on sale this weekend and there are some great deals to be had. I have this dress in gray and LOVE it. I was waiting for it to be marked down to scoop up the black one. So we have had a crazy heat wave and I wasn’t prepared for it. When it’s 80 degrees the kiddos need to be in shorts. And as luck would have it, the kids have grown. Made me realize I need to pick up a few things so that they aren’t wearing the same shorts every day (My son did all week. Only pair that fit. I did wash them, don’t worry!).
