Who’s ready for Spring?! I am getting Spring fever like you wouldn’t believe. I am ready to clean out the house and start fresh. I love this time of year. There is something about Easter time that always brings about a renewed sense of energy and excitement. I also love the weather this time of year. To be fair, Southern California does not get hit with any type of real winter so we don’t feel the same relief that many of you do when Spring rolls around. But that doesn’t mean we don’t savor this time of year. I just can’t believe how quickly this year is already flashing by. With Easter just a week away, I thought it would be fun to round up some pretty warm weather looks.
dress {c/o} | sandals | hat | lip gloss
This dress is really easy and comfortable to wear. It’s a coral/red color that is a lovely pop of color for Spring. It comes with a cute two toned colored belt so you can wear it with or without.
This leaf necklace was actually my grandmother’s. I love that my mom passed it down to me. My grandma had the most incredible collection of fun costume jewelry. I have such vivid memories of going through it all when I was a little girl. She kept it in shoe boxes and would let me put it all on. And in those days, I wasn’t a fan of less is more. Nope. More was more when I was little!
I like the cute ruffle at the bottom and the texture of the dress gives it nice body without being too heavy. I always wear a dress on Easter and this just might be it. Or this pink one which I also really love. Still stand by how crazy comfortable this shoes are if you choose to invest in them for Spring and Summer. The rose gold color goes with everything.

I love the colors of spring. I have always been a mint green and pink girl. Did any of you have the mint green converse high tops when you were young { am I dating myself?}. I keep trying to get my daughter to warm up to them. But sadly, she is stuck on black! I did buy this dress for our upcoming trip in white. It may be one of my very favorite white dresses of all time. I adore the back and how summery it is. Can’t wait to show you. I bought it in a medium for reference. The back is just lace so you can either let a pretty bra show, wear a backless one, a simple white bandeau top or go without if you can.
Don’t mind the dressing room photo. So I REALLY would love to have this dress for our trip but I need to get it hemmed and don’t have time. But this dress is 40% off and is AWESOME in real life. The colors are so vivid and beautiful and it’s made really well. It also has a built in slightly padded bra. I don’t hate that! And the gold necklace that connects around the neck is super fun. I am 5’7” and on my toes so I would need to get the size 4 hemmed. Just FYI. And if you look online, the candid shot of the model has this dress at her ankles. Huh?! How tall is she?
And big heads up. . . this necklace I posted about the other day has been price adjusted! Woot woot. It’s now $20 off. You can call and get a price adjustment if you already purchased one. My hubby bought this for me so I told him to call! Nordstrom is great about that. The last few days I have been living in this black maxi {$39.50} because I am super pale and waiting to put on some tanner before my vacation. Just keeping it real. I have been wearing it with the necklace above {in turquoise} and my jean jacket. Easy and and fun look. We are off for a busy and fun day with Grandma who is visiting from Pennsylvania. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. See you back here on Monday. If you are a stay at home mom . . .or working mom looking to switch things up I have a great story for you! Could be what you are looking for. Enjoy your weekend. XO

The mint handbag and the dressing room dress are so lovely! It's probably good I have nothing that would go with the bag, and I look terrible in floor length dresses; or I'd have to snatch up both of them!

That coral dress looks beautiful on you! So does that maxi dress. I had tried that on last week and being on the shorter side it was way long on me. I was tempted to get it. It really look gorgeous on you Courtney. I just peeked at the white dress. So cute! Love the back of it. Pretty in the navy, too! Hope you're all having a fun day together. xo

Courtney, that pretty maxi dress comes in petite. Normally you would never consider a petite but in this case it might work. If you have time before your trip, check it out.
Sadly for me I really am petite so this dress will probably be too long. Even though I am short, I love maxi dresses when I'm entertaining at home.
