Cheers to the weekend! I can’t wait to show you progress on our master bathroom. Boy do things move more quickly when my husband and I are not in charge. We may get things done but we take our time. Like months and months type of time. So to see a floor get installed so quickly is mind blowing. I have a rather huge birthday coming up and my husband has planned a fun in the sun type of trip. I knew I would need a fun bag for the plane that I could also take to the beach. I like when things have double duty. So it’s no surprise I went for stripes. It’s almost impossible for me to turn down black and white stripes.
And the gold sandals are such fun. I didn’t buy a pair of these gladiator sandals last year and am thrilled with how comfy these are. I plan to take a cute pair of flip flops, these sandals and a wedge heel.
Loving that this Sole Society bag has three compartments. When I am on a plane I like to know that I can easily find things like my headphones or book. And I am one of those people who fears the airlines will only lose my bag. So I always pack an extra outfit and some of my toiletries in my carry on. Do you do that, too? Who wants to land somewhere and where the same thing for three days with no toothbrush or lip gloss. Not this girl.

I bought that bag at the end of last summer, and I think it might just be one of my favorite bags ever! It has so many compartments! I put it away for winter, but I am about to get it back out and start using it again for Spring. It goes with everything!
