I was having one of those days yesterday where the world felt like it was spinning faster and faster and I couldn’t keep up with it. Can you relate? By the time I had done the preschool shuffle, the mommy and me with my two year old, the dance class, the grocery shopping, the calming of the tantrums, all I could do was just stare hopelessly at the laundry and was suddenly paralyzed. In swoops my hubby. He took one look at my face and told me to go get some air { translation: go shopping! }. So I did. I hit Homegoods. But honestly it was one of those trips where you walk around aimlessly not sure whether you want everything or nothing at all. Until I was face to face with this:
Shopping as Therapy
If you ask me, it was like the shopping gods were trying to send me a message. And I listened. I actually laughed out loud as I sooooo needed that message. I scooped it up and marched right up to the register. Now here is the GREAT part. Homegoods had both the gold and silver for just $30. Love that. That’s a steal compared to the one I found below:

hellllooooo retail therapy sister! i saw that EXACT same one at homegoods yesterday… just couldn't manage the energy to drag it up to the check out. 🙂 I also had no idea that it is elsewhere for more. I LOVE a good HG deal! very funny! LOVE LOVE the blog!
