Good morning! It’s been a bit quiet from me because a lovely cold has made it’s way through our home. Doubling up on lemon water and bone broth over here. But I am absolutely dreaming of spring and can’t wait to use our backyard. Wanted to share tried and true pieces plus a couple things that caught my eye.
CLASSIC LOOK FOR LESS
I am so ready to see the backyard flooded in green. Spring is my favorite time of year so I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. We bought this set a couple of seasons ago and it has held up beautifully. It cleans beautifully and is very comfortable. A reader asked if they are low. They are normal chair height and an amazing alternative to the $1800 version! The website calls it cream, but I would say the cushions are a warm white. Just so timeless.
The chairs are a really nice substantial size. My husband loves sitting in them. The set includes 2 chairs and a side table (all for $299!). These sets always sell out so if you have wanted one, I wouldn’t wait. Our striped rug is currently on sale. It has held up so well over the last few years. Highly recommend.
Still the hero of our spring/summer evenings. We adore these outdoor solar lamps. They give off the best warm light. I love them so much we have three.
At night, we only use these lamps for lighting. Plus the fire pit if it’s a fire pit night. Can’t recommend these enough. And now when we use our hot tub at night, we just switch on one of these for a pretty warm glow. The faux marble table is from here. It was originally a place holder, but we like it so much we now have two out back. It’s a great table and is now under $100.
Love the idea of adding fresh green for spring. This is our fire pit. It’s a splurge but worth it if you are considering running a gas line. It’s beautiful and has added so much to our backyard.

We have a rug on our front porch area that has seen better days and I think I will order this one. I like the classic look and the scalloped edge.
