Good morning. Spring is a the perfect time for a reset and I am all in. Do you want to join me? It would be so fun to do this together. I’ve gotten complacent with meal planning and nutrition. I am absolutely lacking energy lately so this challenge comes at the perfect time for me. I need a nudge to get back on track. This is all about building healthy habits, improving our lymphatic systems and detoxing all while eating delicious meals (that we don’t have to come up with on our own). I am a huge believer that when we care for our bodies (with nutrition and exercise) it absolutely impacts our mental, emotional and physical health. And who doesn’t want that?
MEET CARA
Cara Clark is not only an expert nutritionist, but a dear friend. I respect and trust her as a mom, wife, friend and mentor. She thrives on helping others and seeing others feel their best. I am so grateful for the impact she has had on my son, too. She spoke to my son’s school and the athletes about the importance of nutrition, balancing blood sugar, and how food impacts growth and performance.
Cara’s basic approach to wellness is about performing well in your every day life. Feeling energized and present for life’s moments. Feeling good is invaluable and I think too often we accept feeling off or drained as just normal. It’s not. It’s hard to manage the emotional side of life and the stress when you are not balancing your blood sugar. I usually feel great about my wellness, but I think I let the winter months throw me off track. And by the way, you’ll be eating every four hours so you won’t be depriving yourself at all. I couldn’t be more excited to jump on board with this challenge. I need this right now!

This isn’t about a restrictive diet (you need carbs and will be eating them) but about eating to feel your very best. Food is fuel and Cara knows how to guide us.
