I have to say that this has been one of the best weekends we have had in a long time. It began with a birthday surprise party for a dear friend of ours on Friday night. His wife surprised him with a gathering of his closest friends and family in a fantastic beach house. The best part is that they invited us to hang out with them on the weekend as well. Such a treat to do nothing but relax, throw the football, gather around a bonfire, and be with good friends and family. My kids couldn’t get enough of the sand and water. Riley was doing the army crawl through the sand before we could even get her suit on. It’s safe to say we will be at the beach a lot this summer. Here are a few photos.
