First off, I have to thank all of you for your sweet comments on the blog and Instagram about our new living room rug. You all are just so awesome and supportive. It’s so much fun sharing our decorating adventures with you.
I’m thrilled to be back with another installment of, “What’s Your Fashion Snapshot?” This is where stylish bloggers dish on how their own wardrobe and style sense can be summed up in just three words. Then they show how that reflects in their interior design choices. It’s really so much fun. You should try coming up with your own three words. Today, we have the beautiful Natalie from Designer Bags & Dirty Diapers. She is mommy to two of the most darling children on this planet and has a crazy eye for fashion. She always looks amazing. Her blog has been a go-to for me for years now. I also love following Nat on Instagram and am constantly inspired.
Hello A Thoughtful Place readers! Can I just say I was thrilled and so excited when Courtney asked me to be a part of her Fashion Series! Fashion makes me so incredibly happy. It has seriously been in my blood since I was little. In Junior High I would write on a calendar what I wore everyday so I didn’t repeat an outfit- crazy right? and how did I have that many clothes?? My style has changed alot over the years. I like to try trends out but find I still like to stick to basics most of the time.
My go to outfit is jeans and a cute blouse or tee for everyday. I also love a tee shirt dress. Since I have two kids I like to be comfortable yet also pulled together! I never want to be that Mommy that looks sloppy. I always try and make an effort to get it together.
A few of my go-to daily looks below.
If I had to describe my style in three words (which is really hard) it would be:
FEMININE | BOHO | MODERN
The same really applies to my interiors. I like a modern space with some feminine and boho aspects. I love a pop of pink for my girly side and there must also be some leopard somewhere:)
Brass is my true weakness right now, I am obsessed with it. and I have something acrylic in almost every room in our house!
Every now and then I throw on a pretty dress and get out of my jeans and get really dolled up:) Mommy’s night out:)
Thanks for having me Courtney!
xoxo
Thanks so much, Natalie! Love you, girl. You can visit Natalie over at Designer Bags & Dirty Diapers. She is a Charleston girl and one of these days I am determined to hang out with her! She is honest, down to Earth and just completely awesome. If you missed any of the previous bloggers who shared their fashion snapshot you can click on the links below.

Thanks, Courtney…this is a great feature!! I really do think the way we dress is reflected in our decor. I guess that would have me in 10 different outfits a day! lol!

Love Natatlie's beautiful style. She's very sweet and I agree, down to earth. Her kids are so adorable. A darling nursery she put together for Frances Moon! This is a fun series Courtney!

Loved seeing Natalie here! Can't believe she kept track of what she wore in high school!! Though I'm kind of embarrassed to admit there was a time when I had this thing where I would try not to repeat the same pair of shoes for a whole week!
