Tis the season for many many yummy treats. Between the cookies, cakes, and mugs of hot cocoa, it’s amazing we are all still healthy! Today I am sharing with you two yummy cupcake ideas that are great for holiday parties or just to be shared with family and friends. Raspberry and Mint Cupcakes The trick to these is adding two or three drops of peppermint extract to your icing {whether store bought or homemade}. Then a fresh mint leaf and raspberry atop the cake makes it perfect for Christmas time. I also like to tint my icing just a bit to make it a soft pink color. Icing Tip: Spoon icing into a plastic bag. Cut the tip off and squeeze out to ice your cupcakes. Easy and fast! Santa Hat Cupcakes These are too precious. The Santa Hat Brownies are from Daisy’s World While I have all of the supplies, our kitchen is a bit out of commission for now, so this gorgeous photo will have to suffice! I plan to make these darling strawberry hats atop chocolate cupcakes rather than brownies. Either should be scrumptious. What about you? Any fun and favorite treats for the holidays. Go check out oodles of delicious ideas at Natasha’s blog today. We are linking up all of our delectable treats. Come join the fun.

Wowzers! Those mint cupcakes looks gourmet professional- did you make those? Hoping your kitchen is back in working order soon… so you can whip me up a batch of these and ship across the country of course! : )
