Good morning. I wasn’t expecting much from Amazon Prime Day but I have been proven wrong. There are some very significant discounts. I am sharing things we own and love or are in my cart. I tried to find things for the men and teens in case you are beginning to think ahead to Christmas. First up is one of my very favorite items (huge discount).
FOR THE WOMEN/TEENS
Ladies, this is an incredible price. This bag is $33 today!! It’s usually $50 and the one at Anthro is $99. I just bought the black for Riley and myself (Christmas gift). I always get so many compliments on this bag and it’s the perfect size.

Hear me out on these. Are they cute? Not really. BUT they have saved my back. I’ve been wearing them non-stop in the house (we have hardwood floors) and the difference is amazing. If you prefer not to be barefoot, these are a dream. They are very lightweight and give you so much cushion. My entire friend group swears by these. The sale price is 38% off. I just bought another pair because I stepped in paint with mine and they are a bit of a disaster. Good times.

I will forever sing the praises of my walking pad (my sister does now too). She says it’s a total game changer. We both begin our morning with a walk on the pad. Yes, it’s wonderful to get outside and walk but it’s also lovely to stay in sloppy sweats and get in some steps. I adore it and know it’s been instrumental in my health journey. Highly recommend. This is the one I have. Nothing fancy but gets the job done and the price is incredible. (It’s easy to move around).
Did you know grip strength is related to cognitive health? It’s so easy to work on and all you need is a pull up bar. It can attach to any door. You can start small with a few seconds if it is challenging. And like with anything else, the more consistent you are the stronger you will get. I am currently trying to beat one minute and 20 seconds. This pull up bar is under $25 today.
Looking for a clean non-toxic every day cleaner? This is what we use and have for years. It’s wonderful. I sent a bottle with Riley to school. Love that it’s part of the sale.

I am actually so bummed because I just bought 4 more of these panels for our dining room and now they are 20% off. They are a phenomenal deal. We used them in our family room and love.

OUR HOUSE MVP
Most of you know I covered our white sectional in frozen spinach juice. Take it from me, never use frozen spinach as an ice pack. Needless to say I truly thought the sofa was ruined. It’s not easy to find a non toxic air fryer. This one is wonderful. We have had it for quite some time now and use it multiple times a day. I’ve also heard people rave about this one (very easy to clean).

Over 264K fantastic reviews. We love these pillows. I only buy them when they are on sale. I am adding two two my cart for the guest room in our basement. Two for $41 is a really good price (saving over $20).
STOCKING UP
I take supplements very sparingly but this is the brand I trust and buy. Mangesium Glycinate has been huge for being regular and for sleep. Always chat with your doctor, of course. But if you already use this, a sale is a welcome thing. Now 20% off!
I have not tried this myself but I have two friends who rave about it. It’s currently 35% off and the 20K reviews are pretty impressive. If you are someone who takes this, you may want to stock up.
Also stocking up on these towels. Grady loves them (so does Riley) and uses them daily. Fantastic for skin that is prone to acne. I really try to only buy them when they are on sale like this and I absolutely stock up.
Riley loves this mascara. It’s 40% off which means I will be scooping one up to put in her stocking this year.
It’s no secret I adore my Hatch. It’s been a game changer. I set my phone in our bathroom around 8:00 PM every night and leave it there. (Yes, it will ring if one of my children need me). This has let me detach from my phone and I adore the way it slowly and naturally wakes me up with soft light and birds chirping. It simulates the sunrise which is great. You can have any sound you want and even have nigh time meditations. It’s neutral and pretty and looks lovely on the nightstand. They rarely go on sale so this is pretty great.
If you know someone having a baby, this would be a really wonderful gift.
This is what I use to curl my hair and love it. The long wand makes it so much easier. If you have fine hair, like I do, I recommend the 1″. If not, the 1.25″ is great. I also bought mine on sale!

If you hang garlands on your stairs, these are a lifesaver. I started using them last year and can’t believe how quickly they go up. It used to take two of us to hang the garlands and now it’s so easy to put them up myself. If you don’t have these ties I highly recommend!
