Have you started shopping yet? I think we all know I have not. And looking at Instagram, I may be the only gal who hasn’t started decorating. I actually want to but just haven’t taken all of our decor out of storage. I typically put up our trees and enjoy them “naked” for a bit prior to decorating them. Anyone else? I’ve included gifts for the high school/college girl as well as the younger teens.
FOR THE OLDER TEENS
I always share things we can stand behind. So many are favorites of Riley’s so I’m thrilled to pass on her recommendations.
FAUX LEATHER JACKET
Riley has this faux leather jacket and loves it. I had sent it to her sight unseen and she is over the moon about it. She says it keeps her really warm, too. It’s oversized by design so go with your usual size.
NEW SUNNIES
These look daring on and this shape is very on trend right now. The sides add such a great touch.
MY DAUGHTER’S FAVORITE GIFT
This was a special gift for my daughter when she gradated senior year. I can’t tell you how much she loves this bag. She carries it everywhere. It’s also small enough to get into stadiums and concerts. It comes in many different colors. Highly recommend.
EARMUFFS
Fun earmuffs for any teens in colder climates. Many colors available and they look adorable on.
FOR THE CREATIVES
This book nook was the number one gift from last year and I am not surprised. For any of the girls that love to put on music and work on projects, this is a must. You make and build every part of this and it even lights up. The detail is astounding. We have ours in the library between books and it’s so cute. Five star gift for the craft gal.
DARLING SAMBAS
Many colors available but this silver really looks cute with everything. My daughter loves hers.
GO TO WRISTLET
A great alternative to a purse for lip gloss, hair ties, cards, and id. Darling color combinations available. I love this for a favorite things part of gift exchange, too.
DELICATE AND BEAUTIFUL
Love a delicate pretty bracelet. This one is beautiful. I also like this one . . .you can go with birthstone color of school color.
I just ordered this charm bracelet for my girl. Love this so much.
We gave Riley the necklace version and she wears it daily. The best part is that if anything happens to it (tarnish, etc.) they will replace it.
READERS’ CHOICE AWARD
This has won so many awards. A great duffle bag with a separate shoe compartment. So many color options. I also recommend this one. Can’t go wrong with either. Such great gifts.
COZY AND CUTE
Nothing better than a darling winter hat. I may have ordered this one for myself.
LIP BALM
A fan favorite with the girls. These are so great and come in tons of colors. I love to gift these and usually take these to the favorite things parties.
And just a heads up. . . .if your daughter is a Daily Drills fan like mine, these lounge pants are in stock in a couple of colors!!! They go so quickly.
FOR TEEN GIRLS
For the high school girls, I’ve rounded up some favorites. Of course they are great for the college girls, too.
PUT THE PHONE DOWN
You know why I love a digital camera? It allows the kids to put their phones down. Both of my kids have loved going out with friends and taking creative photos . . .whether on hikes or around the lake. I just love the idea of setting the phone aside.
MAKEUP BAGS
Riley has a set of these in a blue floral and she loves them. They are on year 2 and have held up really well. There are a ton of patterns to chose from.
IT WON’T SPILL
We have moved away from Stanleys and gone towards these water bottles. Riley LOVES hers because it can’t spill. She wanted me to tell you it’s a great water bottle!
CLEAN LIP BALM
While I know we can’t expect the girls to give up all of their beauty products, a clean lip balm is a great thing to toss into their stocking. Baby steps (great reviews).
SLIDES
These slides are incredibly comfortable and so cute. Many colors available.
BACKPACK
Another best seller from last year. My daughter has this backpack and has been so happy with it.

I know all of the girls love their scents. This one is clean so you can feel good about it. And it smells amazing.

These are a hot commodity and selling quickly. Grab a pair before the sizes are gone. These might be making their way to under our tree.
LAKE PAJAMAS
These are a splurge, that’s for sure. But they do wash and dry beautifully. A nice quality set that will last.
FIVE STAR SET
The last time we visited Riley, she showed up wearing this set. I think she has it in three colors. It’s just so good.
HAPPY SLIPPERS
Incredibly comfortable and oh so cozy. Plus you can’t help but smile with these slippers on your feet.

This has incredible ratings. There are many color options including a really fun hot pink version.
