Good morning. How was your weekend. We woke up to a wet and rainy fall day which feels nice. We have a busy week ahead so I’m trying to be better about actually using my calendar. Anyone else struggle with that? It’s been a life long issue so not sure it will change anytime soon. Here’s a peek at life lately with the Monday Morning Wrap Up.
LONG WALKS
One of my favorite things to do on the weekend is fit in a really long walk. Whether it’s hiking trails or walking paths, it just clears my head and is a nice way to start the day. And I love seeing little signs of fall.
FALL INSPIRATION
Speaking of fall, this is glorious inspiration. Trying hard not to purchase mums too soon as I never seem to keep the alive through Thanksgiving.
BOOK CLUB
PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
We were cheering on the Irish on Saturday. The game had a major weather delay so it was the perfect time to make these. I shared this recipe in my newsletter this past week. You can also find it here. These chocolate peanut butter cups are so easy to make and delicious. Truly so yummy.
FAVORITE PURCHASE AS OF LATE
Poor Ryan. If he has to hear my say one more time, “I love this watch!” he might scream. But I do. It tracks steps without being hooked up to an app or anything else and I love it!!! No dings, do rings, no email alerts. It’s my favorite purchase as of late and it really helps me reach my 10K steps each day. This is the gold one, but it comes in a couple of more colors.
DATE NIGHT
If anyone knows how to take a photo without turning your face red, I am all ears. We carved out a date night this weekend which is always appreciated. Short and sweet but just so nice to have that dedicated time with Ryan. My jeans are on sale and my most worn pair. The vest is Social Threads but no longer sold.

HOCKEY SEASON
We are so excited to cheer on our boy this season. It all kicks off today and we can’t wait. Savor these senior moments, moms. They fly by.
